Rodriguinho plays his 10th season as a professional for Sada Cruzeiro in 2023/24.

At the beginning of 2023/24, he became X-time Mineiro’s Champion with Sada Cruzeiro.

In 2022/23 he was champion of the Mineiro, Supercopa, bronze medal in the Club World Championship, and also champion of the Copa Brasil, South America and Superliga.

In the 2021/22 season, the player won five titles with the club:  Mineiro, Supercopa, the Club WorldChampionship, the South American Championship (best scorer) and Superliga (best player in the final).

He started in 2014 as a player on the base categories and soon got his place on the main team.

He was three-time Club World Champion (2021, 2015 and 2016) and bronze in 2017 and 2019, six-time South American Champion (2021, 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017 and 2016) and runner-up in 2015, being chosen as the best outside hitter in the competition in 2017 and 2019, Six-time Superliga champion (2022/23, 2021/22, 2017/18, 2016/17, 2015/16 and 2014/15) and bronze in 2018/19, Five-time Supercopa champion (2022, 2021, 2015, 2016 and 2017), and nine-time champion of Mineiro (2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023), in addition to Six-times Champion of the Copa Brasil (2023, 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018 and 2016).

Rodriguinho was first called to the national main team when he was 20-years-old and won the silver medal at the World League 2017. In 2019, he won bronze medal at the Pan-American Games in Lima, Peru. In the youth teams, he was South American Infanto champion in 2012.
